Booking Considerations:
- This space reservation provides access to the Audio Recording Studio. You must book your time at least 48 hours in advance. Instant Reservations not available for this space. Online training modules must be completed on the canvas course (15min), before reservation is approved.
- All non GT patrons MUST be accompanied by the current Georgia Tech Faculty, Staff, or Student who is responsible for the reservation.
- Once approved your Buzzcard should grant access to the space during your designated time frame. You have a 30 minute window to arrive to your reservation. After 30 min the reservation is considered a no-show and auto cancelled.($25 dollar fine for No-Show) All damages will be attributed to the reservation requestor.
- Please cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours before your reservation time to avoid penalty.
- Available reservation hours are currently between Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, but may expand at later date. Consults are only available during business hours . Staff are not available after 5pm
